Information we collect
Enquiries collect your company or organisation name, name, email address, enquiry type and message, and consent status. A website URL is optional. You review your details before submitting them.
To process enquiries securely and prevent duplicates, we record a reference number, receipt time, processing status, delivery ID and a matching value derived from the submitted details. The receipt database does not store names, email addresses, enquiry messages or raw IP addresses. Connection and device information, including IP addresses, is processed for site delivery and spam prevention.
How we use information

- To explain relevant services and coordinate proposals or business discussions
- To prevent misuse and spam, and handle duplicate submissions or service issues
Submitting this form does not automatically subscribe you to newsletters or other ongoing mailings.
Management, retention & external services
Our team receives and responds to enquiries. We use Cloudflare for website delivery, spam prevention, enquiry processing and email delivery, and Google services to manage received email. We entrust these providers with the processing necessary for those functions and restrict access to the team members who need it. Service infrastructure may be located outside Japan.
We generally review routine enquiry emails one year after the matter is resolved and delete information that is no longer needed. Records required for transactions or legal purposes are retained separately for the necessary period. Technical receipt records are generally kept for seven days; records older than seven days are deleted when the next enquiry is received. Provider logs or backups may retain records under their own policies.
We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent, except where permitted or required by law. We take necessary security measures and continually review our handling practices.
Cookies & analytics
This website currently has no advertising or analytics tags. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent misuse. Connection and device information needed to assess spam is processed under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
